With The Swig Company, our partnership spans over a decade of supporting sustnability efforts across their West Coast portfolio, encompassing thirteen assets and covering an impressive 3.5 million square feet GSF. Our team has been instrumental in guiding them through LEED certification processes while achieving the prestigious WELL Health + Safety label for seven assets.

For Brookfield, our relationship is one of mutual respect and shared success across eleven years, managing fourteen assets totaling approximately 10.5 million square feet GSF of premium class A office space.
