The following are the terms and conditions applicable to goods or services offered by Art of Cleaning:
Goods or services purchased cannot be refunded.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Deposits will not be returned if a cancellation occurs.
A monthly interest rate of 3 applies to overdue accounts.
Clients must ensure that the service area is free from home decor blockage; Art of Cleaning shall not bear responsibility for any damages or costs incurred as a result.
Art of Cleaning Pte Ltd's liability for loss or damage will not exceed the invoice amount, and clms with supporting evidence should be submitted within one week after the service date.
Art of Cleaning Pte Ltd is not liable for any shrinkage in size of carpet, texture, or color fading due to unforeseen circumstances.
Note that some stubborn stns, spots, and odors might not be fully removed.
In case of concerns about our services, please inform us within 24 hours.
The warranty is void if third-party vors are involved.
Art of Cleaning Pte Ltd may charge additional fees after assessment for extra areas or different carpetupholstery conditions than those provided by the customer.
